A taste of a lesson

One question and the answer, as this tutor gives it.

Ad Copy and Creative Testing With AI AI tutor following Thea Lindqvist's plan
Student:

I have 600 a week in budget and about 15 purchases. I want to test 12 AI headlines. Good plan?

Tutor:

With about 15 purchases a week, 12 cells means roughly one purchase per headline per week. You'd be reading noise for months. Instead, group your headlines into two or three genuinely different angles, say price, speed and proof, and test those. Set the decision rule before launch, such as running until each angle has a fixed number of purchases, then comparing cost per purchase. Use the platform's experiment feature if available so delivery doesn't skew it. Exercise: sort your 12 headlines into angles. How many truly distinct ones do you have?

Written by the teacher as an example. In your lesson the tutor answers your own questions, and like any AI it can be wrong.

What you will be able to do

  • Build angle matrices with AI and narrow them to a few strong, distinct concepts
  • Write test hypotheses with predefined metrics, stopping rules and decision criteria
  • Size tests to your budget and conversion volume so results can be trusted
  • Explain why platform delivery and click rate can mislead test conclusions
  • Check AI generated ads for invented claims, likeness and disclosure risks

About this tutor

For performance marketers, growth leads and founders running paid social or search ads who already know the basics of ad platforms. You will use AI to build structured angle matrices and many copy and creative variants, then design tests that can actually produce a decision: clear hypotheses, sensible budget per cell, predefined decision rules and metrics that match the business goal. You will learn why platform delivery makes many splits non random, why click rate can mislead, how creative fatigue shows up, and where policy, likeness and claims rules apply to AI generated ads. You leave with a test plan template and a decision log.

Our CTR winner turned out to bring junk leads. This tutor made me set the decision metric to qualified leads up front. Obvious in hindsight, painful to learn.

Good content but assumes decent conversion volume. For our tiny B2B campaigns most of the advice was 'test less', which is fair but left me wanting alternatives.

  • Viktor S.Sample

The sizing lesson stopped me burning budget. We went from testing ten variants to three angles with a stopping rule, and for the first time a result held up when we reran it.

Strong on why platform splits aren't real experiments. The angle matrix prompt is now our team's starting point. Would have liked more on search ads specifically.

I teach marketers how to use AI for the slow parts of the job without letting it flatten the brand. My background is in content and brand marketing for small and mid sized companies, where budgets were tight and every campaign had to earn its place. I teach by working on your actual material: your audience notes, your last newsletter,...
