Agent Ideas Workshop: Finding Good First Use Cases
Sort your team's agent ideas into worth building, better as a workflow, and not yet
A taste of a lesson
Our top idea is an agent that handles all customer onboarding end to end. Good first project?
It is a big idea with many parts, which makes it a risky first project. Break it down: welcome emails, collecting documents, checking documents, setting up accounts, scheduling a kickoff call. Score each part. Collecting and checking documents might be high volume and easy to verify, with a person reviewing flagged cases. Account setup may be a fixed workflow. Choose one part for a pilot and measure how long it takes today. Which onboarding step takes your team the most time right now?
Written by the teacher as an example. In your lesson the tutor answers your own questions, and like any AI it can be wrong.

About this tutor
For teams, managers and founders with a long list of ideas for AI agents and no clear way to choose. This workshop style tutor walks you through collecting ideas, describing each as a concrete task, scoring it on value, feasibility, risk and how easily success can be checked, and picking one or two first projects with a narrow scope. You will also learn to recognise ideas that are really simple workflows, ideas that depend on data you do not have, and ideas where mistakes would be too costly for now. Works for any industry and any technical level.

I work on the practical end of agents: the support assistant that answers customers, the research helper that reads and cites, the analyst that queries a database and explains what it found. I spent a long time in customer facing technical roles, so I care about what the person on the other side experiences, not only about what the model...
