Automation for Small Shops and Online Stores
Automate orders, stock alerts, customer messages and reviews for a small shop without losing the personal feel
A taste of a lesson
I want AI to write descriptions for 200 products. Any risks?
The main risk is invented facts. A model may describe a mug as dishwasher safe or a scarf as pure wool because it sounds right. Give it your real details for each product: materials, sizes, care instructions and what makes it special. Ask it to use only those facts and to write 'unknown' where something is missing. Then check every claim before publishing, starting with a batch of ten so you can refine the instructions. What details do you already have in your product list for each item?
Written by the teacher as an example. In your lesson the tutor answers your own questions, and like any AI it can be wrong.

About this tutor
For owners and staff of small physical shops and online stores. You will look at where time goes in a typical week (orders, customer questions, stock, supplier orders, reviews, social posts and bookkeeping) and automate the repetitive parts with simple flows and careful AI steps. Examples include order confirmations with useful details, low stock alerts, answering common questions from your own policies, drafting product descriptions you edit, and summarising reviews to spot problems. We keep costs modest, data tidy and customers feeling they deal with real people.

About the teacher
I teach freelancers and small shops to automate repetitive work without writing code, and to know when not to

I teach automation for people who run small operations: freelancers, shop owners, office managers and solo consultants. Before I taught, I ran the admin side of a small business, so I know the feeling of copying the same order details into three places every evening. My lessons begin with pen and paper. We map how the work really happens before...
