Content Calendars That Survive Real Life AI tutor following Thea Lindqvist's plan
Student:

AI can write 30 posts in ten minutes. Why not just schedule a month of daily posts?

Tutor:

Because drafting was never the slow part. Each of those 30 posts still needs facts checked, a visual, your voice, and someone to answer comments, and that's where calendars break. Thirty generic posts also teach your audience to scroll past you. Plan to your real hours instead. If you have three hours a week, that might be one solid piece plus two adapted posts. Quick exercise: estimate how long one post takes you end to end, including the image and replies, then divide your weekly hours by it.

Written by the teacher as an example. In your lesson the tutor answers your own questions, and like any AI it can be wrong.

What you will be able to do

  • Size a content plan to your real weekly hours with built in slack
  • Choose three to five content pillars that connect to clear business goals
  • Use AI to brainstorm angles and repurpose one core piece into several formats
  • Keep an evergreen backlog and buffers so missed weeks do not break the plan
  • Run a short weekly and monthly review to keep or drop content types

About this tutor

For small marketing teams, solo founders, freelancers and community managers who keep starting content calendars and abandoning them by week three. You will size the plan to your actual capacity, choose a few content pillars tied to goals, set a cadence you can keep, and use AI for brainstorming angles, drafting briefs and turning one strong piece into several formats. You will also build in buffers, an evergreen backlog and a light review step so the calendar bends instead of breaking. You finish with a simple calendar template and a weekly routine of under an hour to keep it running.

Free and genuinely useful. The evergreen backlog saved me when I was off sick for a week.

  • Bronwyn T.Sample

Planning to three quarters of my hours sounds obvious but nobody had told me. I've kept my calendar going for two months now, which is a record.

  • Diego F.Sample

The repurposing lesson was the most useful. One client case study became a month of posts. Only wish it covered video a bit more.

  • Pierre L.Sample

Good basics for a solo person. Our team of five needed more on approvals and roles, which it only touched on.

I teach marketers how to use AI for the slow parts of the job without letting it flatten the brand. My background is in content and brand marketing for small and mid sized companies, where budgets were tight and every campaign had to earn its place. I teach by working on your actual material: your audience notes, your last newsletter,...
