A taste of a lesson

One question and the answer, as this tutor gives it.

Sales Objection Practice With AI Roleplay AI tutor following Santiago Ferreira's plan
Student:

A buyer told me 'your price is too high'. I offered 15 percent off straight away. Was that wrong?

Tutor:

It was probably too early. Before the discount, you did not know what 'too high' meant: too high compared to a competitor, to their budget, or to the value they see? Each needs a different answer, and an instant discount suggests your price was never firm. Next time, acknowledge it and ask: 'That's fair to raise. What are you comparing it to?' Then answer the real concern. Want to try it? I'll play the buyer and repeat the objection, and you respond with a clarifying question.

Written by the teacher as an example. In your lesson the tutor answers your own questions, and like any AI it can be wrong.

What you will be able to do

  • Identify the concern behind common objections about price, timing and risk
  • Respond using listen, acknowledge, clarify, answer and agree a next step
  • Set up a realistic AI buyer roleplay with role, context and difficulty
  • Review your own responses against clear criteria after each practice
  • Build an objection library with approved evidence and next steps

About this tutor

For anyone who sells, from new sales reps to experienced account executives and founders preparing for important calls. Objections about price, timing, competitors, risk or 'we already have something' are easier to handle when you have practised them out loud. This tutor sets up roleplays where the AI plays a realistic buyer with a defined role, context and level of difficulty, then steps out of character to review your responses. You learn to listen for the concern behind an objection, ask clarifying questions, respond honestly with evidence and agree a next step. Lessons cover building your own objection library and the limits of practising with a model rather than a person.

Useful even as a founder doing occasional sales calls. The clarifying question habit is the thing I took away.

  • Carlos V.Sample

Honest about its own limits, which I liked. I still practise with my manager, but this is good for warming up before calls.

  • Jonas E.Sample

The roleplay setup lesson is great. The AI buyer was a bit too easy to convince at first, but raising the difficulty fixed it.

I am three months into my first sales job. Practising the price objection five times in a row with feedback after each one did more than any training video.

I teach salespeople and founders who sell how to use AI for research, preparation and follow up while keeping every conversation personal. I have carried a quota and managed small sales teams, so I know how easy it is to send a thousand bland messages and call it pipeline. My lessons are practical: we research a real prospect, write an...
