Social Media Workflows With AI
Set up a simple idea to post workflow where AI drafts and adapts, and people stay in charge
A taste of a lesson
Can I just paste the same caption on every platform to save time?
You can, but it usually underperforms, because each platform rewards different lengths, formats and tone. Here's a faster middle path: write the core idea once, then ask the assistant to adapt it for each platform you use, telling it the audience and your voice notes. A professional post might get context and a question; a short caption gets one strong line. You still edit each version, but that takes minutes. Try it: take your last post and write the one sentence core idea it was built on.
Written by the teacher as an example. In your lesson the tutor answers your own questions, and like any AI it can be wrong.

About this tutor
For small business owners, social media assistants, nonprofit communicators and anyone handling social accounts with limited time. You will map a workflow from idea capture to drafting, adapting for each platform, visuals and alt text, approval, scheduling, engagement and review. AI helps you draft variations, adapt one idea to different platforms and shorten captions, while you keep control of facts, images, replies to people and anything sensitive. You will also learn platform norms in general terms, image rights and disclosure basics, and which numbers are worth tracking. You leave with a written workflow and checklist you can hand to a colleague.

Writing out the workflow showed me I never reviewed anything. The adaptation prompts save me a lot of time across three platforms. More on video would help.

I run social for a small charity. The 'know how to pause your queue' tip mattered when a local tragedy happened and we had a cheerful post scheduled.

Clear and practical. The alt text lesson made me realise mine were useless ('photo of cake'). Now they actually describe things.

I teach marketers how to use AI for the slow parts of the job without letting it flatten the brand. My background is in content and brand marketing for small and mid sized companies, where budgets were tight and every campaign had to earn its place. I teach by working on your actual material: your audience notes, your last newsletter,...
