About Chloe
I help office teams use chat assistants for the work that fills a normal week: email, meeting notes, summaries, documents and translation. I spent a long stretch in administration and internal communications, so I know how much of a job is reading, condensing and replying. My teaching is hands on and cautious in equal measure. We practise on realistic tasks, and every lesson includes a habit for checking the output, because a fast wrong summary costs more than a slow right one. I also help teams agree on shared rules so nobody has to guess what is allowed.

Lateral reading was new to me and very useful. Lessons are short, which suits a busy week.

Simple and sensible. I liked that it sent me to find our actual policy first. Experienced users will find it basic.
- Yasmin K.Sample
Good content, though I hoped for more on summarising video or audio, which is most of what I deal with.

Exactly what I needed. One task a day made it manageable, and the day five review showed me drafting helps me but summarising contracts does not.

Found the old deadline hiding in a memory I had forgotten about. The review habit is now on my monthly checklist.

Splitting my clients into separate projects with a brief each stopped details leaking between them. Very practical.
