About Isabela

I teach automation for people who run small operations: freelancers, shop owners, office managers and solo consultants. Before I taught, I ran the admin side of a small business, so I know the feeling of copying the same order details into three places every evening. My lessons begin with pen and paper. We map how the work really happens before touching any tool, because automating a messy process just makes the mess faster. I keep everything tool neutral, explaining triggers, actions, filters and error handling as ideas you can use in any builder. I am honest when the answer is a better checklist rather than an automation.

Knows about

  • process mapping
  • triggers and actions
  • no code workflow builders
  • inbox automation
  • spreadsheets as a backend
  • scheduled reports

Clear and friendly. The duplicates explanation fixed a problem I had for weeks. Would like a lesson on webhooks in more depth.

The reply loop warning was not theoretical. It happened to a friend. Glad I set the filter up first.

The 'never delete, always label' rule gave me the confidence to try. My order emails now feed a sheet automatically.

A good counterweight to all the automation enthusiasm. The maintenance cost point is something I now raise in every planning meeting.

    On When Not to Automate

  • Ingeborg S.Sample

Saved me from a pointless project. A checklist and a better template did the job for our onboarding paperwork.

Helpful and patient. I wish it covered shared team inboxes more, but my own inbox is much calmer.
