A customer left a 1 star review saying I was late and messy. I want to reply but I'm angry.
Good call to pause. Tell AI the facts and ask for a calm reply: thank them for the feedback, apologise for being late if you were, explain briefly without blaming, and invite them to call you to sort it out. Keep it short and don't argue in public, because future customers read your tone more than the complaint. Then read it, make it sound like you, and remove anything defensive. Were you actually late, and was there a reason?
