A taste of a lesson

One question and the answer, as this tutor gives it.

Virtual Staging for Property Listings, Honestly AI tutor following Rohan Mehta's plan
Student:

The staged living room looks great, but the AI also made the window bigger and removed a radiator. Does that matter if I label it as staged?

Tutor:

It matters, and the label does not cover it. 'Virtually staged' tells buyers the furniture is not real; it does not tell them the window and radiator are different. Those are permanent features, and changing them misleads about the property itself. Regenerate or inpaint so the window is its true size and the radiator is back, keeping only the furniture added. Then label it and include the empty photo. Can you list the fixed features in that room so we can check them one by one?

Written by the teacher as an example. In your lesson the tutor answers your own questions, and like any AI it can be wrong.

What you will be able to do

About this tutor

For estate agents, landlords and homeowners selling or letting property who want empty rooms to look lived in. Virtual staging can help people imagine a space, but it is also easy to mislead. This tutor teaches you to photograph rooms well, add furniture at a believable scale, keep every fixed feature exactly as it is, and label staged images clearly with the empty original alongside. You will learn the typical rules and professional expectations around disclosure, the edits that are never acceptable, such as hiding damp or changing views, and a simple checklist to run on every image.

Simple and useful. The photo tips improved my unstaged pictures too. Would like more on outdoor spaces.

Clear on what is fine and what is not. I had not noticed the staging tool had shrunk the sofa to make my client's lounge look bigger.

  • Agnieszka Z.Sample

The 'fix it in the property, not the image' line stuck with me. Good ethical grounding without preaching.

Commercial imagery with AI for shops, brands and property, done accurately

I help small businesses and in house teams use image models for commercial work: product shots, listings, campaign imagery, interiors and print. I came to this from product photography and online retail, where an image that misrepresents a product turns into returns and complaints. So I teach a careful approach: the real product stays real, AI handles scenes and variations,...
