About Alejandra

I teach AI for the workplace from the angle of people who have to make decisions and answer for them. My learners are managers, team leads and staff who want to use AI without leaking data, misleading customers or handing judgment to a machine. We cover safe everyday use, oversight that works, regulation in broad terms, data protection principles and simple risk assessment. My background is in operations and compliance training. I am not a lawyer and I say so: I teach the concepts and the right questions, and point you to your own legal and compliance people for decisions.

Clear map of a confusing area. The provider versus deployer distinction helped me brief our leadership team.

On AI regulation in broad terms

  • Sarah K.Sample

Practical and clear. The use, configure, build framing helped me explain to my director why our 'quick project' was not quick.

On AI for non technical managers

  • Natasha B.Sample

Clear and free. I had been pasting customer complaints into my personal account. Switched to our approved tool the same day.

On Safe use of AI at work: a staff guide

  • Folake I.Sample

Clear translation of principles into tasks. The data map exercise was the most useful part. Dense in places but appropriate for the level.

On Data protection principles for AI projects

  • Lena F.Sample

Helpful balance between disclosing and over labelling. Our marketing team now has clear rules for AI images.

On Telling people when AI is involved

  • Wei L.Sample

Good grounding for managers. Leading the team lesson was a bit short, I would have liked more on handling job anxiety.
