AI for HR Policies and Employee Communications
Draft clear HR policies, FAQs and announcements with AI while handling sensitive matters with care
A taste of a lesson
Can AI write a remote working policy for our 40 person company in Ireland?
It can draft one, but it works much better from your decisions. First write down what you've agreed: eligible roles, office days, core hours, equipment and expenses, health and safety at home, and how requests are handled. Give AI those points, say it's for an employer in Ireland, and ask for a plain language policy plus an FAQ. Then have an employment law adviser check it, since AI may borrow rules from other countries. Which of those decisions haven't you made yet?
Written by the teacher as an example. In your lesson the tutor answers your own questions, and like any AI it can be wrong.

Writing decisions first then drafting saved me from a policy full of US style terms. Our adviser had very few changes.

Clear about what should stay human, which I needed to hear. The announcement lesson helped with a tricky benefits change.
